1. Introduction & Agreement

This website and event registration portal are operated by Misriyya Academy Charitable Trust ("Trust", "We", "Us"). By completing a registration or submitting payment for the event "Sufi's Love Poem - Part 300" (scheduled for August 22 & 23, 2026 at Green Aura Resort, Kakkadampoyil), you ("Participant", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Registration & Advance Fee

Advance Charge: The resort advance charge is fixed at ₹2,000/- per head. This charge includes resort stay and meals during the camp duration.
Accuracy of Information: Participants must provide accurate personal details (Full Name, Phone/WhatsApp Number, Email Address, City) during registration.
Confirmation: Registrations are provisional until full advance payment is received via our secure online Razorpay payment portal.

3. Event Check-In, Check-Out & Travel Policy

Resort Check-In: Saturday, August 22, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Participants must present their digital registration pass upon arrival.
Resort Check-Out: Sunday, August 23, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
Travel Expenses: Participants are solely responsible for arranging and funding their own travel to and from Green Aura Resort, Kakkadampoyil. Travel costs are not included in the registration charge.

4. Code of Conduct & Venue Decorum

"Sufi's Love Poem" is a spiritual and educational residential camp. All attendees are expected to maintain strict decorum, respect fellow participants, adhere to resort rules, and comply with instructions issued by camp coordinators and venue management.

5. Event Modification or Force Majeure

Misriyya Academy Charitable Trust reserves the right to modify session schedules or make emergency arrangements due to force majeure events (e.g., severe weather, government regulations). In the unlikely event of event postponement or cancellation by the Trust, full refund or reschedule options will be provided.
