Details regarding digital ticket fulfillment and service delivery for event registrations.
1. Digital Delivery of Event Services
Misriyya Academy Charitable Trust provides event registration services and residential camp access. Physical shipping of goods is not applicable.
Upon successful payment completion via Razorpay Gateway, your registration is confirmed immediately.
2. Mode & Instant Delivery SLA
- Instant Digital Confirmation: Booking reference pass and digital entry receipt are generated instantly on the screen upon successful payment.
- WhatsApp & SMS Delivery: A digital entry pass with QR code and resort check-in instructions is dispatched to the participant's registered WhatsApp / Mobile number within 5 to 15 minutes of payment.
- Email Delivery: A PDF payment receipt and entry pass are emailed to the registered email address simultaneously.
3. Support for Non-Receipt of Digital Pass
In the rare event that you do not receive your digital confirmation within 30 minutes of payment, please contact our support desk with your payment transaction ID:
