Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear and transparent guidelines for cancellation and refund processing for event registrations.
1. Cancellation Window & Eligibility
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Participants who wish to cancel their registration for "Sufi's Love Poem - Part 300" may request a refund under the following terms:
- Full Refund Eligibility: Cancellation requests submitted on or before August 17, 2026 (5 days prior to event check-in) are eligible for a 100% refund of the advance charge paid.
- Late Cancellation Notice: Due to resort booking commitments and room block reservations, cancellation requests received after August 17, 2026 will not be eligible for refund.
2. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a valid cancellation request is received and verified by our helpline desk:
- Refunds will be processed back to the original source of payment (Bank Account / UPI / Debit Card / Credit Card) through Razorpay Gateway.
- The typical processing duration is 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval.
3. How to Submit a Refund Request
To initiate a cancellation and request a refund, please send an email or WhatsApp message with your registration details:

- Required Details: Registered Full Name, Mobile Number, Booking ID/Payment Transaction Reference Number, and Reason for Cancellation.
4. Event Cancellation by Organizers
If the event is cancelled or postponed by Misriyya Academy Charitable Trust due to unforeseen circumstances or government directives, participants will be offered a 100% full refund immediately without any deductions.
